When the Miami Dolphins needed a dynamic solution for implementing full-motion video into their web site, they looked to Alig Technology Group's specialized team to design, build, and implement the solution. Utilizing the latest in Macromedia Flash Video technology, we created a progressive-loading video player to showcase promotional video clips for the Dolphins. The custom-built player was seamlessly integrated into the Miami Dolphins main page design. Thanks to the advanced compression and encoding of Flash Video (FLV) and the progressive-loading player, even users with slower connections can enjoy smooth high-quality video with no wait time.

Alig Technology Group created the player to be easily maintained and updated internally by the Miami Dolphins staff. Videos clips and start-up images are dynamically loaded into the player at runtime and can be easily viewed, tested, and updated through a specialized administration page. Since everything is loaded into the player dynamically, the Flash Movie file (SWF) does not need to be modified to make video updates. Updating and managing videos for display on the Miami Dolphins website is as quick and easy as a simple drag-and-drop.
